Pack (HIP). Legalse7en
is the online conveyancing service provided by Howells Solicitors, one
of Wales’ largest law firms with significant expertise in all
areas of conveyancing, property and private client law.
The HIPsse7en pack offers the reassurance of our extensive
legal knowledge and experience, plus over twenty years’ knowledge
of the property market in Wales and the South West.
HIPsse7en allows estate agents who have registered with Legalse7en as
an authorised HIPs provider to order a pack online on behalf of their
clients at any time of the day or night.
Both the agent and the seller will then be able to view the progress
of the Home Information Pack for their property via the site free of
charge by using their unique access code.
Sellers and prospective purchasers of a property can download completed
packs from this site subject to the relevant terms & conditions
and payment options stated on this site.

registration is free of charge and subject to the terms and conditions
